He joined Equation Partners in 2010. During his time at the firm, he has worked on the execution of more than 200 search processes; in the retail, financial services, real estate & construction, and government industries; covering the functional areas of Marketing, Human Resources, Logistics, Finance, Operations and Technology, Business Intelligence and Internal Audit. ​ Prior to joining the firm, Nicolás worked at Banco Santander, in the Universia Division, as a Commercial Development Executive, responsible for developing commercial alliances with companies and institutions that would allow the marketing of value-added products, services and events to the higher education sector. ​ Bachelor of Arts in Communications, with a specialization in Advertising, from the University of the Pacific, Diploma inMarketingand Communications.
