Nicolas Martin joined TRANSEARCH from 2010 to 2013, after several years at a renowned German executive search and selection company. He then changed to a market leading German HR consulting and Executive Search company where he was a Director in the service line Executive Search at the Stuttgart office. In 2019, Nicolas returned to TRANSEARCH as the Managing Partner of artec management consultants, the German subsidiary that focuses on middle management positions and medium-sized clients. Nicolas places management positions in the sectors Industry, Automotive, Energy / Utilities and Consumer. His clients are medium sized family owned businesses, large public listed groups as well as public authorities. Besides that, Nicolas is also experienced in advising the supervisory and non-executive boards of his clients. Nicolas holds a Master's degree in Communication, Social Psychology and Economics from the Ruhr-Universität in Bochum.
