Nick Roche specializes in advising private equity-backed businesses on recruiting and retaining senior finance leaders. Based in London, he has over a decade of experience supporting private and public clients across all industries on CFO appointments. Prior to Russell Reynolds Associates, Nick was a consultant for the financial officer practice at a boutique human capital advisory firm. In that role, he worked on business development and relationship management for private equity funds, with a focus on recruiting CFOs for portfolio companies. Previously, he was a principal for the financial officer practice in EMEA for another global executive search firm. Nick holds a master’s degree in international trade and development from the University of Manchester and a bachelor’s in economics and social policy from the University of Sheffield.
