About Mr. Fletcher
Nick Fletcher advises, recruits and helps retain outstanding talent for digital, technology and services businesses across the globe. Splitting his time between Melbourne and Sydney, Nick leads our Technology Practice in Australia and works extensively in the Board and CEO Advisory Partners Sector. Nick has worked with some of Australia’s largest companies to bring inclusive leadership talent into their boardroom and has led CEO searches for a number of ASX 50 businesses. He has a particular specialty in helping businesses find directors who can bring a focused perspective on digital, technology, data and cyber. Nick joined us from Telstra, where he was general manager of corporate strategy.
Prior to this, Nick was a manager at A.T. Kearney, where he completed a wide range of strategy, change management and procurement projects with a particular focus on the telecommunications industry. Nick served for seven years as an officer in the British Army, where he served with both the Commando and Parachute Brigades, and his responsibilities included leading the professional training of all officers joining the Royal Engineers.
"Leadership is a service to others. Great leaders help their team get to places they never could on their own."
Nick received his bachelor’s degree in engineering from the University of Sheffield and graduated first in his MBA class from Warwick Business School. He is also a graduate of the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst and the Junior Division of the Staff College.
