Nicholas Protti is a Partner with the LHH Knightsbridge Recruitment Solutions Team in Vancouver. Nick brings 20 years of experience in executive search, and sales and business development roles in both public and private sectors across Asia Pacific and North America. Nick enjoys collaborating with clients to understand their culture and strategies to attract exceptional talent and create long-term partnerships. He has worked across a variety of industries including, financial services, real estate, industrial and professional services, completing mid-level and senior executive searches internationally and across Western Canada. Before returning to Canada, Nick enjoyed a varied career initially as a strategy consultant in Beijing and later held business development and sales roles with the American Bankers Association in Washington DC and with a leading regional boutique search firm in Hong Kong. Nick graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Concordia University.
