Nicholas specializes in senior leadership appointments and assessment for traditional and alternative asset managers, insurers, and banks, and has extensive experience with CEO and senior leadership roles. Wide-ranging experience in financial services Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Nicholas was a member of the financial services practice of another leading executive search firm, where he focused on senior-level searches for asset managers. Previously, Nicholas worked in human resources for a FTSE top 10 financial services company, where he was involved in a wide range of activities spanning succession planning, assessment and talent acquisition. Nicholas also advises regional and local management teams on executive search, assessment, talent management and succession planning. Nicholas earned an LLB with honors from Newcastle University, and is licensed to administer and interpret many psychometric tests.
