He graduated in Philosophy in Turin. In 1995, he began his career: two years at EuroSearch, learning the basics of research. Then he took off, first to Belgium and then to Alba, for the Ferrero Group. In 2000, he became organizational manager of the Soremartec group, overseeing training, development and human resources management, and process and structural engineering. In 2002, he returned to Italy as a partner at EuroSearch, taking over the Milan office. In 2014, he became CEO. Thought structures and philosophy remain his passions, along with music, which he teaches his children. He works in Italian, English, and French.
