He is an expert in understanding and reshaping leadership behavior at both an individual and group level, and in helping organizations achieve their strategy, culture and vision through effective leadership. His consulting primarily involves touch points at the c-suite, CEO and board levels. Nic has worked at some of the largest people advisory firms globally and has a rich background in occupational psychology, with a particular emphasis on c-level succession management and M&A/restructuring assignments. He works across our sectors, but has a particular interest in the financial services and industrial segments.
