Based in Atlanta, Neysa Dillon Brown is a Managing Director in Diversified Search Group’s Healthcare Services and Education, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, and Nonprofit and Social Impact practices. Her track record of placing outstanding and impactful executive leaders stems from her diverse leadership experience with several leading healthcare and nonprofit organizations. Her focus has been on partnering with hospitals and healthcare systems on talent acquisition, executive and diversity recruitment, organizational assessments, and pipeline development. Throughout her 15 years in the executive search industry, Neysa has worked with a wide array of organizations, including nonprofit associations, academic medical centers, and some of the country’s largest healthcare systems, to secure C-suite leadership. Prior to her career in executive search, her previous positions included Director of Education at the American Hospital Association’s Institute for Diversity in Health Equity, and several leadership positions at the State University of New York’s (SUNY) Health Science Center of Brooklyn including Assistant Provost for Student Affairs.
