Opportunity Details

The Executive Director position for our client in Seattle, WA is responsible for leading the organization in its mission to end homelessness for young people. The ED will work closely with the Board of Directors and a staff of thirty to deliver services, expand programs, and meet the evolving needs of the community. Key responsibilities include strategic leadership and communication, financial oversight and resource development, talent management, and program administration.

The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in nonprofit leadership, strong communication skills, and a commitment to serving young people experiencing homelessness. The ED will be responsible for managing the organization's budget, fostering relationships with community members and donors, and promoting a healthy organizational culture rooted in Christian faith and values. Collaboration with departmental leaders to ensure high standards for program delivery and data analysis to monitor performance will be essential for success in this role.
