Neil’s principal recruitment activity is focused on appointments at Board and senior executive level – across all functions and industries, and including public sector and not-for-profit organisations. He has continued to practise as an executive and performance coach and is also is currently Managing Partner of Kavelle Executive Coaching, a specialist coaching firm. Previous Experience Neil began his working life as a graduate trainee with Pirelli, and quickly identified HR as the area where he wanted to develop his future career. He broadened his manufacturing industry experience within Philips and then joined the Yorkshire-based business of Wm Jackson & Son before then spending 10 years with Northern Foods in a variety of senior operating company and HQ roles. Neil switched to the other side of the recruitment industry in 1988. He was Regional Director for a major national recruitment agency and a partner in another before joining BK Cornerstone. Additional Activities Born a Scot, Neil has nonetheless traded the Cheviots for the rolling hills and dales of Yorkshire. However, the call of the lowlands still works its magic in the rugby season when he and his wife hie themselves back to Murray field for the international matches.
