Neha partners with multinational and privately held companies to provide high-impact leadership solutions, leveraging a transparent and consultative approach to ensure ongoing leadership success. She is passionate about understanding the unique needs of senior executives and delivers strategic counsel along with tailored executive search and advisory solutions. Before joining the firm, Neha was the Strategic Accounts Manager at a private equity-backed technology and analytics company in India, driving digital transformation initiatives for large and mid-sized clients in FMCG, telecom, and other sectors. Trained at JP Morgan, Neha began her career in corporate banking, treasury, insurance, and risk management, working with leading banks in India. Neha earned her Master’s in Business Administration from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree from the University of Delhi.
