Based in New York and London, Nanaz is the Country Manager for the UK and leads Russell Reynolds Associates' global Med Tech, Devices & Diagnostics Practice. She focuses on leadership assignments at the executive and non-executive levels, tackling a wide array of senior talent issues such as succession, development, team effectiveness and more. Over the past two decades, Nanaz has cultivated a reputation as a leading executive leadership consultant. Nanaz was appointed Non-executive Director of S&P 500 Hologic Inc in September 2023. Here she is a member of the Compensation and Nomination & Governance Committees. Prior to joining Russell Reynolds, Nanaz spent 13 years as a strategy consultant with Monitor Group, advising leading clients both in the UK and around the globe. She joined as an analyst and progressed rapidly to become the youngest female partner. Nanaz also co-led one of the firm's largest relationships, with a global pharmaceutical company, and developed new relationships within the medtech and consumer health space. Nanaz has a BA and M.Eng. from Cambridge University and an MBA from INSEAD.
