Monisha is a core member of the UK Boards Practice, specialising in non-executive director recruitment and advisory services for clients in the UK and internationally. She has more than 15 years of board, C-suite executive search and leadership advisory experience across a variety of industries. Monisha is a passionate advocate for diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) and leads Spencer Stuart’s UK DE&I efforts. Professional Experience Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Monisha was with another leading global executive search firm, where she was a key member of the global pharmaceuticals and biotech practice. In that role, Monisha worked with investors and biopharmaceutical companies in Europe and the US. She also co-led the healthcare services practice in Europe, with a focus on private-equity backed healthcare services companies. Earlier in her career, Monisha was at Publicis Healthcare Group, leading communications and marketing solutions for pharmaceutical clients. She began her career in molecular neurobiology research. Monisha earned a PhD in molecular neuroscience from Kings College London and a bachelor’s degree in applied biology at Imperial College London. Monisha is fluent in English and Bengali.
