Miranda Bender partners with clients across a range of industries to develop and strengthen their boards and CEOs. Based in Amsterdam, she brings more than a decade of experience in international leadership advisory. She specializes in chairman, non-executive director, and CEO appointments for multinational, private, and state-owned companies. Miranda joined Russell Reynolds Associates in 2011 as a research analyst before becoming the research director and managing lead for the firm’s Amsterdam and Brussels offices. In her more recent work, she has advised clients on corporate governance, long-term succession planning, and board evaluation. Miranda holds an MA in media and culture and LLM in employment law from the University of Amsterdam.
