Miran Kim joined Pathfinder as Sr. Director in 2017 and drives the growth of the Industrial and Technologies sectors in the company. Before Pathfinder, she was a Sr. Consultant at Amrop, a global executive search firm. For over 12 years with Amrop Korea, she successfully delivered numerous search assignments at the senior executive level across various industries, including Industrial, Technologies, Consumer, Life Science, etc. She also established a solid global network based on her diverse experience of cross-border searches and collaborative searches with partner firms in the Asia Pacific, Europe, and Americas regions for multinational clients. Furthermore, she led the Korean search team at Amrop while enhancing the team’s search capability with her practical search experiences and skills gained through training and development programs via Amrop University. When she joined TMP Worldwide, a US-based multinational executive search firm, Miran chose the executive search industry as her initial career. After that, she served as an Associate Consultant in X-Converge, a local search company focused on the Technologies sector. Miran holds a Bachelor’s degree in Japanese Language & Literature from Hanyang University in Korea.
