About Mr. Tucakovic

Miloš Tucaković is a Managing Partner at Stanton Chase Belgrade and serves as Stanton Chase’s Global Sector Leader for Consumer Products and Services. He brings nearly 40 years of experience in human resources and management, including 20 years specializing in executive search. As a licensed A&DC Assessor, Miloš has served on the advisory boards of various companies, partnering with their executives on restructuring initiatives and organizational development. He also works actively as a leadership development coach for CEOs and General Managers. Miloš began his career in 1985 as a sports journalist for Politika newspapers before transitioning to the hospitality industry in 1990, joining the Hyatt Corporation in a training capacity. During his tenure at Hyatt, he advanced through key leadership positions including Director of HR, Deputy General Manager, and Executive Board Member. He subsequently served as Managing Director of Advance International, representing the Wilson Learning Group. Currently a member of the Knowledge Committee of Serbia, Miloš also dedicated 16 years to academia as a Professor of Management at the Academy of Applied Studies – College of Hotel Management in Belgrade. He holds a B.Sc. degree in Economics and an Executive MBA in Executive Leadership from Cornell University.
