Profile Mike has been with Sheffield since 1986 and, until recently lead Sheffield South Island. He has more than 40 years experience in human resources consulting and executive recruitment. Business Experience Mike has over 40 years’ experience in leading a wide range of CEO and senior executive search and recruitment assignments. His experience is across private, local government and public sector appointments. Mike has extensive national networks accumulated over many years and enjoys long term relationships with many organisations and leaders as a trusted advisor and consultant. Mike advises Chairs and boards on Director appointments, and board and CEO review projects. Outside of his day-to-day responsibilities Mike has contributed to the not-for-profit sector for many years in governance roles. This includes the Christchurch Art Gallery Foundation, The Christchurch Cancer Foundation, Canterbury Medical Research Foundation and The Canterbury Employers Chamber of Commerce.
