Michelle Chan Crouse leads Russell Reynolds Associates’ Asia Consumer and Human Resources Practices. She advises clients on recruitment, assessment, and succession topics for global, regional and country-level roles. Michelle has extensive management consulting, and talent assessment and development experience across a number of functions, particularly in general management, sales, marketing, digital, and human resources. Based in Singapore, Michelle brings in-depth experience of the SEA market and is a trusted advisor to multinational clients as well as Asian conglomerates. Prior to joining the firm, Michelle led the Asian operations of a-connect, a global project execution firm. She began her career as an analyst with Lehman Brothers in New York before becoming a consultant with Boston Consulting Group in multiple locations. She also worked in various senior roles at the Gap including Assistant Treasurer and Senior Director of Corporate Finance where she helped launch the international Division. Michelle holds a Bachelor's in Economics and Applied Mathematics from Harvard University and an MBA from Northwestern University, Kellogg Graduate School.
