Michelle Adkins is a senior research associate at GA&A with over five years of experience as an executive search administrative assistant. Her attention to detail and organizational skills are invaluable assets to the team. She supports consultants with in-depth research to source top talent, manages sensitive candidate information, and prepares meeting materials. Michelle is also a dedicated mentor to junior research associates, fostering their growth and development. Prior to joining GA&A, Michelle held administrative roles at the Florida Air National Guard and the Department of Labor. She holds an associate’s degree in Professional Aeronautics with a minor in Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University Worldwide.
