Michele Phillips is a Partner at Johnson where she leads the firm’s Consumer & Retail and Healthcare & Life Sciences practices. Michele is one of the country’s pre-eminent executive search consultants in her field, and brings over two decades of experience with some of the world’s strongest brands, both in Australia and internationally. Michele was most recently at Korn Ferry where she led the Retail, Health & Life Sciences Practice for a number of years. In that role, Michele partnered with leading ASX-listed and foreign multinational companies, along with private equity firms with an interest in consumer centric industries. Prior to joining the search industry, Michele was one of the region’s leading Chief Marketing Officers, holding leadership roles at Electrolux, Nestle and Kimberly-Clark, having commenced her career at Procter & Gamble. Accordingly, Michele brings first-hand experience within leading brands, which means that she understands the needs of clients and brings deep insights in respect of their businesses and markets. Michele holds a Bachelor of Business from the University of Technology, Sydney and a Master of Business Administration from Australian Graduate School of Management.
