Michaela works closely with Koya Partner’s Finance, Operations, and Human Resources teams. She provides critical support to our client-facing professionals and helps to implement operational systems and processes that scale effectively and seamlessly. Prior to joining Koya Partners – a part of Diversified Search Group – Michaela held various Human Resource positions within the biotech industry, most recently with Mitra Biotech. Her various responsibilities included the development of internal on-boarding processes, establishing policies and procedures companywide, and managing benefit plans. Earlier in her career, she led and collaborated on special projects at Enzymatics, playing a lead role during an acquisition in successfully transitioning, developing and implementing standard practices and procedures. Michaela has participated in various community service projects and activities. As the site representative for a companywide community service committee, she coordinated and participated in regular donation drives and volunteer opportunities with Beverly Bootstraps.
