Prior to joining Ratliff, Mike’s career in leading Human Resources spans over three decades delivering innovative human capital solutions and assembling high-performing cross-functional teams for several Fortune 500 companies in the automotive/electronics space, pharmaceutical industry, and specialty chemical markets. Beyond his impressive professional accomplishments, Mike is a committed community servant having held leadership positions for several non-profit, community and church board organizations. While Mike and much of his family are transplants, they are most appreciative of the strong “midwestern culture and values” found in Northeast Ohio.
