Michael Duffin is a Senior Research Associate at Koya Partners | Diversified Search Group. In his role, Michael plays an integral role in designing and implementing research strategies to support a wide range of national searches. Michael has enjoyed driving research in our search work with incredible clients, including Grist, Elemental Excelerator, and Pen America. In his capacity as a Research Associate, Michael also manages the work of a contract researcher at the firm. He was first exposed to executive search through a college internship with Diversified Search Group. He is based in Philadelphia, PA.
