After starting his career in the health sciences field where he completed his PhD, Michael’s strong passion for the health system has seen him transition and thrive as a health specialist search consultant and advisor, working with an ever growing number of private, public and NFP healthcare clients. Michael’s passion for health and making a difference in the community, combined with agile learning and relationship focused approach has culminated in an intricate understanding of executive search within the health and academic sectors. This has resulted in a work environment that aligns perfectly with his overall goal of advancing of a thriving healthcare sector through facilitating leadership transitions. Joining as a Partner leading the NSW Health Practice in 2025, Michael will bring his ever growing health expertise, relationships and knowledge to an advanced capability ecosystem at Future Leadership. He looks forward to facilitating an enhanced support network offering to existing and new healthcare clients to help Boards and executives prepare for the future.
