Michael is a key partner in Signium’s market leading UK Executive Search team. He founded Digital 360, a specialist London based Executive Search firm in 2007. He is a member of Signium’s Professional Services and Technology practice groups. He started his career as a lawyer at leading law firm Slaughter & May and subsequently worked extensively with EY and CSC (now DXC Technology). Michael also worked in strategy at McKinsey and at Procter & Gamble in product marketing, is a former MD of Argos.co.uk and also MD of Experian.com (global data broker). Since moving into search in 2007, he has worked for a very impressive roster of clients such as LEGO Group, Unilever, Barclays, Aviva, ECCO footwear and Tesco Bank. He has also worked for Private Equity ventures e.g., Checkatrade.com, Stokke.com, Oodlecarfinance.com. At Signium, Michael works closely with his longstanding clients and contacts, and also with the UK and global team to add further bench strength and a broader offering to our clients in both Legal and Professional services and more widely. Michael studied Law at the University of Cambridge, being awarded a 1st Class degree. He was in the 1st VIII rowing team. Michael has 20+ years of his own Digital Tech Data experience. He has written leading business books on the topic e.g., “Building the Digital Team” and “Winning in 2025.”
