She began her career at Talengo in 2001 as director ofMarketingand Communications. In 2005, she led the responsibility for the firm's quality processes, achieving ISO 9001 certification for all operations in Spain. In 2009, she was appointed Director of Organization and Media, with responsibility for the areas ofmarketing& communications, human resources, finance, and external alliances. In this position, she participated in the launch of the firm's international subsidiaries and the implementation and rebranding of Norman Broadbent to Talengo. In 2017, she was appointed Partner of the firm to lead operations and resources in Spain, Colombia, and Mexico. Mayte has a degree inMarketingandBusinessAdministration with a specialty in InternationalMarketingfrom Florida International University (FIU) in Miami. She began her professional career as director of external relations at an international business school until she joined the Wolters Kluwer group as director of training programs for MK magazine.Marketing+ Sales.
