She partners with clients, coaching and advising them through the creation and delivery of assessment projects, development programs, and C-suite succession plans. Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, May was a principal at Odgers Berndtson. In that role, she led succession, leadership, and development projects for clients across the Middle East. Before that, she was a senior consultant at Talogy where she was responsible for leading the design and delivery of talent management solutions across sectors.
