Maxime joined Russell Reynolds from UBS where he was a Director in the strategy & business development team. In this role, he acted as a trusted advisor to UBS leadership, supporting the development and implementation of the Global Wealth Management Division’s strategic priorities. Before UBS he also worked for several years as a private banker for Credit Suisse, providing financial advice to key clients in Europe and the Middle East. Maxime holds a Master’s in International Political Economy from King’s College London. He is also a CFA Charterholder. Maxime speaks fluent French and English with good conversational skills in German and Portuguese.
