Matt is an analyst in the Consumer and Industrial Practices at Acertitude, where he provides strategic insights to help leading investors and PE-backed companies build high-impact executive teams and boards. His role focuses on crafting tailored talent pools for active searches and conducting proactive market mapping to uncover top leadership talent. Prior to joining Acertitude, Matt served as a prospect development analyst at his alma mater, Boston College. In this role, he enhanced the university advancement CRM by developing trackable attributes to better identify prospects, spearheaded research operations for all athletics prospects nationally, and restructured the Boston College Athletics fundraising team. Originally from Rhode Island, Matt now calls Boston home. When he’s not diving into work, you’ll likely find him on the baseball field or glued to a game, casting a line and soaking up time on the water, or whipping up a series of culinary experiments in the kitchen.
