Matt is a Senior Director for Talent Leadership Services at Rudish Health, responsible for interim and consulting placements. Passionate about finding the perfect, hard-to-find, unique candidate for his clients, during his tenure with the firm, Matt has placed many leadership roles, from director to C-suite positions. Prior to joining Rudish Health, Matt's 20-year talent acquisition and human resources career focused primarily on healthcare. He was Director of Human Resources and Manager of Talent Acquisition for two large health systems in the Southeast. He also held roles throughout the talent acquisition and human resources space in the finance, insurance, and government industries. A six-year military veteran, Matt has deployed multiple times overseas in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. He holds a Masters of Business Administration from Troy University and completed his undergraduate work in Human Resources at Park University. Matt lives in Columbus, GA and enjoys spending time with his family and their cocker spaniel. When not in Columbus, they can be found basking along one of the nearby beaches. Matt is also a die-hard Auburn Tigers and Atlanta Braves fan.
