Based in Melbourne, Matt leads the Energy & Natural Resources Practice for Russell Reynolds Associates in Australia and New Zealand. Matt brings significant expertise in the energy, utilities and resources sectors, giving him unparalleled insights into his clients’ unique leadership and talent needs. Before joining Russell Reynolds, Matt served as Executive General Manager for AusNet Services, an ASX-listed energy infrastructure company. In that role he was responsible for the development and execution of the company’s corporate strategy, M&A, enterprise transformation and sustainability agendas. Throughout his career, Matt has also held senior roles for prestigious management consulting firms in Australia and London, including the Boston Consulting Group, PwC Australia and McKinsey & Co. Matt earned his BSc and Graduate Diploma in educational psychology from Monash University and his Doctor of Psychology, organizational/industrial, from The University of Melbourne.
