He has extensive executive search experience in Asia Pacific and has successfully delivered numerous leadership hires to drive clients’ business strategy and transformation. Experience Based in Hong Kong, Martin manages search assignments primarily for the greater China market and serves clients across the energy, diversified manufacturing, automotive and consumer electronics sectors as well as private equity portfolio companies. Martin has placed executives into general management, financial officer, human resources, research and development, procurement, sales and marketing positions. Previously, Martin worked with another leading global executive search firm from 2010 to 2015 where he delivered executive search mandates across multiple sectors including consumer goods, retail, gaming and hospitality, real estate, industrial, charity and tertiary institutions. Prior to executive search, Martin worked in the hospitality industry as a public relations professional to drive the implementation of marketing communication strategy for Hyatt International’s flagship pre-opening hotel property in Southern China. Martin is a native Mandarin Chinese speaker and fluent in English and Cantonese.
