Martin has more than 20 years' experience in international executive search, advising multinational organisations on senior leadership appointments. He specialises in general management, sales, supply chain, and operations, and supports global corporations, large family-owned businesses, and private equity portfolio companies on strategic leadership mandates within the industrial sector. Before joining Eric Salmon & Partners, Martin was a Senior Client Partner in the Frankfurt office of a leading global executive search firm, where he led the European Supply Chain Centre of Excellence. Earlier in his career, Martin worked in strategy consulting with A.T. Kearney Management Consulting, leading merger, and restructuring projects in the industrial sector. He began his professional journey at Robert Bosch GmbH as a management trainee and later as management assistant to a board member. He subsequently served in Bosch Japan as Marketing and Deputy Sales Director. Martin is a German national and holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster, Germany.
