Martin is a consultant and has worked with executive search since 2013. Martin has also worked as a full-time politician for a period of time. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and a Master's degree in Marketing from Stockholm Business School and has also studied at Fudan School of Management in Shanghai and Erasmus School of Economics in Rotterdam. During the study period, Martin was chairman of a student association with 13,000 members.
