Marta Tovey Operations Manager & Executive Assistant to Managing Partner Marta is the Operations Manager at Johnson where she is responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of all assignments along with the day to day running of the firm. Marta is also the Executive Assistant to Jason Johnson, the Founder & Managing Partner of Johnson. Marta ensures that all customer interactions are exceptional and she oversees the support team, finance, technology, marketing and third party suppliers. Marta was previously the Office Manager for the Australian arm of an international accounting and consulting firm and, before that, held office management responsibilities and was an Executive Assistant at an executive search firm. Prior to emigrating to Australia from Poland, Marta had a career in hospitality management. Marta holds a Masters Degree in Tourism & Travel from Eugeniusz Piasecki University and a Bachelors Degree from the College of Hotel Management and Catering, Poznan.
