Marta Garrigues joined Seeliger y Conde · Kingsley Gate as a Partner in 2014. She has over 15 years of experience in executive search and leadership consulting, gained at Ward Howell and Korn Ferry. With a generalist profile, she primarily conducts searches in the Professional Services, Technology, and Media sectors. She also participates in projects focused on talent identification and Succession Planning, with a broad international scope. Prior to her search experience, she worked at Algoritmos Procesos y Diseños SL, a Spanish hardware/software developer, as an International R&D Project Manager for projects funded by the European Commission.
