The client is seeking a Market Director of Perioperative Nursing to lead surgical services across Central Iowa. This leader will be responsible for overseeing Perioperative Services at multiple locations, including ORs, GI centers, and Ambulatory Surgery Centers. The role involves driving efficiency and process improvement initiatives, evaluating staffing structures, and focusing on strategic growth opportunities such as expanding service lines and enhancing the robotics program. Ideal candidates will have experience in change management, trauma care, and acute care settings.
Candidates for this position should have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and active RN license, with a Master's degree preferred. CNOR certification is required, along with at least five years of leadership experience in a large OR setting. The role requires a hands-on leadership style and regular on-site presence at all campus locations.
