Experience Mark works on CEO succession projects, senior executive development programs, top team effectiveness interventions, and executive coaching processes with an emphasis on improving leadership performance and maximizing employee potential. He has defined, designed, and delivered interventions for senior talent and top teams. Mark is particularly interested in the sustainability of change and behavior aligned to business results and performance and how teams activate and enhance their performance. He believes in accelerating performance at the organizational, team, and individual leader levels through mobilizing, executing, and transforming with agility. Before joining the Heidrick Consulting Practice, Mark spent several years as a senior associate and associate in the CEO & Board of Directors and Social Impact practices in the Sydney office. In these roles, he completed CEO, board, and senior education appointments for Australia and New Zealand’s leading public companies, universities, and nonprofit organizations. Earlier in his career, Mark held various positions with a global Danish pharmaceutical company, Novo Nordisk, and United States-based, global FMCG business, Campbell Soups Inc.
