Based in Chicago, Mark works closely with companies across the US and internationally, with particular expertise in engineering, strategy and executive-level roles. Mark is known for his ability to analyze complex business challenges and find elegant business solutions that solve customer needs quickly and effectively. His strength comes in working across diverse teams with varying interests and building toward long-term profitable growth. Before joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Mark worked at Marmon Holdings. He served as a vice president, holding leadership roles in three separate business units. He had full P&L responsibility and led strategic direction. Mark previously worked as an engineering manager at HoMedics, a licensed division of Black & Decker. He was also a biomedical engineer for Medical Murray and a program manager at Ignite USA. Mark holds a BS in science and engineering from the University of Iowa.
