Mark Bayross is a consultant with Spencer Stuart’s Leadership Advisory Services team, based in the London office. He has more than 20 years of experience working on high-profile assignments, helping clients assess and develop leaders and enhance team effectiveness. His experience spans industry sectors, including media, consumer goods, digital, sports, retail and financial services. Accomplished adviser on executive and team performance Mark began his Spencer Stuart career in executive search as a member of the Consumer and Technology, Media & Telecommunications practices, conducting international search assignments in the media, entertainment, digital, sports and consumer sectors. Mark has also held leadership roles within Spencer Stuart, helping to build and develop the capabilities of our search and advisory teams. Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, he was a member of the consumer and media practice at another international executive search firm, having started his career with an executive search boutique. Mark holds a Master of Arts degree in modern and medieval languages from Cambridge University and is fluent in French and Spanish.
