Marius has 17 years of experience in Consultancy, Leadership Advisory, and Executive Search. In 2016, he became the Managing Partner of our Bucharest office after he completed a strategic merger between his company and Stanton Chase. His previous roles saw him acting as both a Founding Partner and a Co-Owner. In these roles, he was responsible for setting up one company and driving the strategic direction and operations of another. Before this, Marius was Country Manager with an International Executive Search Company. He was responsible for establishing the company itself and running its day-to-day operations in Romania and Bulgaria thereafter. Marius has also held various sales management positions in the Health Care industry. This includes roles at leading global generics companies like Sandoz. During this time, he built effective work environments and further developed his leadership skills. With talent and passion, Marius aims to identify clients’ and candidates’ unique goals, build strong relationships based on trust and results, and work collaboratively to surpass individual and organizational goals. Marius has a bachelor’s degree in Stomatology from the Carol Davila University. He speaks native Romanian and is fluent in English. His hobbies include sports and travelling.
