Marionne is passionately committed to partnering with clients to solve their strategic recruitment needs, identifying international solutions, and advising senior management in building their international talent pool of corporate rising stars and successful senior executives. She has a special interest in international and women executives. Based in Brussels, she leads searches with a global, European, and local scope. Marionne has over 20 years of executive recruiting experience, and joined Russell Reynolds Associates in 1999. Prior to her career in executive search, Marionne worked at IBM Corporation in sales and market development positions. She began her career in marketing at IBM in 1988. Marionne received her MA in Law from the University of Leiden, in the Netherlands. She is fluent in Dutch and English, and has a working knowledge of French. Marionne was a Board Member of the European Policy Centre (EPC), a leading think tank in Brussels.
