As an Associate Vice President of Executive Search at GA&A, Marion has successfully completed over 500 high-caliber leadership placements across all sectors in public and private higher education. Possessing a distinguished track record of accomplishment, she has partnered with university systems, boards, and leaders in the strategic recruitment of pivotal roles, including presidents, provosts, system heads, deans, and other senior executives. Her expertise extends to cultivating candidates from a wide range of professional backgrounds, skills, and sectors. Marion's leadership spans all institutional types--including research, regional comprehensives, and community colleges--where she proudly contributes to building innovative and experienced leadership teams. Over the years, Marion has built successful search practices, and in 2021 she was recognized by the Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) as an organizational and cultural influencer. Marion served for two years as Co-Chair of the American Council on Higher Education Roundtable of Executive Search Firms. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, an HR certificate from Cornell University School of Industrial and Labor Relations, and a SHRM-CP certification.
