As the leader of our Francophone practice, Marielle drives strategy, client development, and delivery across French-speaking markets in Canada. She works closely with executives and teams navigating complex cross-border challenges, offering culturally nuanced, results-driven advisory tailored to Francophone clients. In addition, her position involves safeguarding the brand identity of Richardson Executive Search, and the overall ECL Group through best practices, technology, and document development and control. As her role states, she is focused on optimizing operational efficiency by removing barriers, manual processes, and red tape that hinder organizational progress. Additionally, she provides oversight, direction and accountability to HR, Marketing and IT team members.
