Marieke van der Drift partners with industrial and natural resources organizations to build future-focused leadership teams. Based in Singapore, she brings extensive experience in market assessment and leadership advisory, including searches for non-executive directors, senior industrial executives, and operation and supply chain officers. Marieke joined Russell Reynolds Associates in 2013 and has since held various knowledge and insight development roles. In her most recent role as the Global Knowledge Leader for the Asia Pacific region, she focused on developing proprietary research studies, generating industry insights, and creating customized analyses for her clients. Marieke’s expertise lie in advising boards and CEOs across the energy, infrastructure, transport, and logistics industries. Prior to joining the RRA, she worked in sales and market research for a family business in the maritime industry. Marieke holds a BS with honors in business administration from VU University in Amsterdam, and an MS and CEMS in international management from Erasmus University.
