Marie-Osmonde joined Russell Reynolds Associates from Korn Ferry, where she was a senior client partner in their CEO and board practice. She has extensive experience in leadership assessment, CEO and executive committee member development, as well as in the consumer, automotive, pharma/healthcare, and aerospace and defense industries in Europe. Previously, she was a principal at Accenture, where she was responsible for leadership and organization consulting in aerospace and defense in France. Prior to this, she founded her own consulting firm, L’insight, and was a manager at HAL NG Management.
