After studying business administration at the University of Cologne, Marcus Meyer worked as HR Manager at the Chemnitz branch of the Treuhandanstalt (Treuhandanstalt), responsible for supporting the managing directors and board members of the former state-owned enterprises (VEB). His subsequent entry into Kienbaum & Partner fulfilled his early career ambition of becoming a HR consultant. Further positions in the industry included KornFerry International and Deininger Management Consulting, but also several years on the "other side of the table" as HR Manager of a logistics service provider. In 2009, he founded MEYER UND SÖHNE and has been with the company since 2019.PrPresident of our international network, the ECI GROUP . Marcus Meyer has also been a member of the AESC's European Council since then. "Even at a young age, I was fascinated by the career of a human resources consultant.
