About Mr. Ronchi
Marco Ronchi
graduated in Philosophy at Milan University. He started his career in the HR
Department of pharmaceuticals companies, in charge for Talent Acquisition,
Training and HR Development.
After almost 15
years in the Pharma business, he moved to Fashion and Luxury, becoming the HR
Director for one the most important international player in the luxury business;
in this role he had the opportunity to manage the HR strategy and activities
for different markets, such as Fashion, Perfumes & Cosmetics, Wines &
Spirits, Watches & Jewelry, Retail.
Starting from
2019 he acted as Senior Consultant for GSO Group, a renowned Italian Management
Consulting firm, being involved mainly in the Executive Search, but also in Assessment
and Training projects.
Since January
2024 he works for AIMS International in the Milan office as Senior Consultant, with
a particular focus on Life Sciences, Fashion, Retail and Luxury industries.
