Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Marcin led a successful Central Europe-focused search boutique establishing a reputation for competence and rigorous delivery. He worked in the financial services, TMT, and retail sectors focusing on serving market disruptors, and corporate and private capital in high-growth scenarios. For many years, he has placed senior candidates into partner roles at MBB, strategy boutiques, and BIG4 while helping to build internal consulting or strategy teams.
